Account Setup
SwimLab runs entirely in your browser — no software to install. You just need an account.
Create Your Account
Go to the sign-up page
Visit swim-analysis.com and click Get Started in the top-right corner.
Enter your details
Fill in your name, email address, and a password. If your club or organisation has an invite link, use that link instead — it will automatically connect you to the right team.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from SwimLab and click Confirm Email. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
Log in
Return to swim-analysis.com and sign in. You’ll land on your Dashboard — your home base for all races and videos.
Set Up Your Profile
After logging in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Name | Your full name as coaches and athletes will see it |
| Club / Organisation | The team or club you coach |
| Role | Coach, Analyst, or Admin |
| Time zone | Used for session timestamps |
Click Save Profile when done.
Invite Team Members (optional)
If you’re the team admin, you can invite assistant coaches or analysts:
- Open Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address and choose a role
- They’ll receive an invitation email to join your workspace
Invited members share access to all videos and annotations in your workspace. You can adjust permissions per member in Settings → Team.
